During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 3patt reserves the right to terminate any Account found to have been registered using inaccurate details, and any Balance or Bonus Funds in such accounts may be forfeited.
As part of our KYC obligations, 3patt may request supporting identity documents at any point — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID, alongside proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. These requirements exist to protect all players and to comply with international anti-money laundering standards.
You may only hold one Account on the 3patt platform at any time. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3patt login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any other person. 3patt will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 3patt support immediately via live chat. 3patt will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account pending investigation.
3patt recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. Players with significant balances are strongly encouraged to use this feature. 3patt accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to adequately protect their login credentials.
3patt accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfers and USDT may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet promptly upon confirmed receipt by 3patt's payment processing systems.
All funds deposited to 3patt must originate from a payment account that is legally owned and controlled by you. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account is not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account review. Any funds deposited from third-party accounts are subject to confiscation pending investigation.
3patt does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. USDT network fees are borne by the Player.
3patt reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
Withdrawals from your 3patt Account are subject to the following conditions:
In the event that a withdrawal request is declined, 3patt will notify you via your registered contact and provide a reason. Funds declined for withdrawal will be returned to your Account Balance pending resolution of the issue identified.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 3patt reserves the right to void the affected round and return any staked amount to the Player's Account. Bets that have already been settled prior to a malfunction being detected will not be retroactively voided.
For sports betting markets, 3patt's trading and settlements team has final authority on the settlement of all markets. In cases of obvious pricing errors — where odds are published at demonstrably incorrect levels due to a technical or human error — 3patt reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to Players.
The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or market are displayed within the game interface. 3patt reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at its discretion.

Any unauthorised use of 3patt's intellectual property — including but not limited to scraping, automated content extraction, or reproduction for commercial purposes — constitutes infringement and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patt's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3patt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
3patt makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 3patt takes reasonable measures to maintain platform availability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous access and accept no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 3patt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
3patt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the Account may be forfeited. Real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where no grounds for forfeiture are established, returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting 3patt support via live chat. Where a Player requests account closure, any outstanding Balance will be returned subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of active Bonus Funds subject to Wagering Requirements.
3patt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
